While most injectors have focused on the volumetric effects of injectable fillers, these agents can also produce animation changes which effect facial muscular contraction and smile dynamics. This lecture video delineates the dynamic effects noted in utilizing injectable fillers, focusing on patient evaluation, pretreatment planning and injection technique to produce symmetry and balance in facial animation.
