This video was taken from a portion of the surgery performed by Dr. Glenn Jelks at the 24th Annual Baker Gordon Symposium in 1990. During this procedure, Dr. Jelks dissects a strip of orbicularis muscle from the upper lid and then tunnels it through a percutaneous approach to volumetrically enhance the appearance of deep glabellar folds.
