In this video, Dr. Daniel C. Baker demonstrates the technique of Lateral Smasectomy, Platysmaplasty and Chin Implant to contour the midface and neck. Considerations regarding utilizing both the SMAS and platysma to restore facial shape and cervical contour in face lifting are demonstrated. Pertinent technical points regarding prevention of facial nerve injury during SMAS manipulation are discussed.
