Managing the mid-vault to obtain consistent excellent Dorsal Aesthetic Lines (DALs) in rhinoplasty is a very challenging procedure. This lecture provides you with the correct graduated approach to reshaping and restoring, as well as preserving the DALs in primary rhinoplasty, by advocating preservation of the upper lateral cartilages so one can use either a suture-only or spreader flaps and only use spreader grafts if needed.
