Available ahead-of-print: The March issue is now available ahead-of-print.
On the February 2020 cover: Example of a fetal heart rate (FHR) tracing from a woman in labor. The baseline FHR is approximately 130 beats per minute, with diminished beat-to-beat variability and recurrent variable decelerations. Depending on the interpretation of the presence or absence of beat-to-beat variability, this tracing could be classified as a worrisome category II (at best) or a category III (at worst). See the article by Andrews and Tita, “Fetal Heart Rate Monitoring: Still a Mystery More Than Half a Century Later.”
